Jeff Schellenberg is your local Alberta government certified home inspector and Pillar To Post franchise owner in the Lloydminster and Lakeland area. Jeff is a lifelong resident of Lloydminster. With eight years as a full time inspector, Jeff has over 3,000 inspections worth of experience, gained not only in Lloydminster but extensively in the surrounding communities.

Beyond the standard, Jeff has also received qualification as a Registered Home Inspector through the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and as a Professional Home Inspector through Alberta Professional Home Inspectors (APHIS). In addition, Jeff is also a certified WETT inspector for inspection of fireplaces and wood stoves as well as a certified professional for Radon measurement.

Jeff’s experience prior to home inspection includes safety and quality assurance inspection experience as well as hands on experience in construction. The son of a man who built his own house and cabin resulted in extensive do-it- yourself experience. From standard home maintenance and repairs like shingle replacement, to complete kitchen renovations, siding, window and door replacement, Jeff has had the hands on education.

Jeff has extensive home inspection experience in Lloydminster, Wainwright, Vermilion, Cold Lake, Bonnyville, Vegreville, Elk Point, St. Paul and surrounding areas. As a cabin owner, Jeff also has a special understanding of cabins and some of the issues and conditions associated with them, especially in the Turtle Lake area.

A background as a certified teacher, gives Jeff a strong set of communication skills. His passion lies in educating his clients about their home and ensuring his customers can make informed decisions about, what is likely, the largest and most important purchase they will make.
